Handling Time: 1-3 business days (Mon–Fri). During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be longer.
Transit time: 5-7 business days (Mon–Fri). Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Within a day, an email confirmation of your order will be sent to you automatically. If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your spam or other folders. You are more than free to email us for extra assistance if you haven’t received your order confirmation within this time frame! Verify that your order won’t be processed until you receive the confirmation receipt.

Make sure you double-check all the information about your shipping address before placing your order. If your address information is incorrect, you have the option to contact us before receiving the tracking ID email. You must promptly get in touch with DHL Express and FedEx Express to modify your address after obtaining the tracking ID. Furthermore, we ask that you provide the right physical address when completing your orders because we do not ship our products to P.O. Box and APO locations.
How to Claim For Late Delivery and Damaged Item
Our staff makes every effort to deliver high-quality products on schedule. However, you can get in touch with our team within 7 days (including weekends and holidays) of learning that your item has been dispatched if your order is missing or arrives late. You can ask to have your credit card or PayPal account fully reimbursed for the total cost of the standard.
